Terms of service for using the "Iva" website

  1. General content
    1. In terms of this service, the parties will define the service and service relationship with the website of the Chimege Bicheech system (hereinafter referred to as the 'System Website'), which transcribes the Mongolian speech on audio and video recordings into Cyrillic text.
    2. Whenever we update the Terms of Service, we will post them at https://writer.chimege.com/service and the updated Terms of Service will not constitute a renewal of your previous agreement with Chimege Systems LLC.
  2. System website content
    1. All content of the website of the system is protected by international and other intellectual property laws.
    2. It is forbidden to copy the content of the system website or any part of it without the written permission of "Chimege Systems" LLC.
  3. Terms of use of the system website
    1. When using the system website, the user must have a "Todu account". When registering, the user chooses his own password. The user is responsible for keeping his/her password, "Todu account" and information sent and received using it safe. The user is fully responsible for the consequences that may occur due to the loss, use, or provision of these to others.
    2. Customer's service entitlement ends when the recording is recorded to text for a period equivalent to the time of purchase.
    3. The Service Provider shall aim to operate the system website continuously 24 hours a day.
    4. The service provider may temporarily stop the operation of the system website due to external factors according to the preliminary plan, and the users will be informed about this in advance. If the website of the system cannot be operated within the scheduled time, users will be notified through their website.
    5. The result of speech recognition processing directly depends on the quality of the input of the user. Many negative factors reduce the performance of speech recognition processing, such as poor-quality microphones, ambient noise, different tones, double-talk, etc. The service provider recommends that users upload high-quality videos.
    6. It is forbidden to upload files with poor quality or technical defects to the website of the system, as mentioned in 3.5 of the Terms of Service. If these files are included, Chimege Systems reserves the right to refuse to download them as text.
    7. The website of the system does not undertake to automate the process of transcribing the record into text, and does not undertake to enforce it. The user checks the speech on the recording and the text processed by the system's website and corrects the differences.
    8. Any updates made to the service provider's system will be announced on the system's website.
    9. The Service Provider reserves the right to block the user's right to use the system's website if he believes that the user has defamed the dignity of the system, violated the relevant laws and the general norms of ethics in the online environment.
    10. The service provider has the right to change or update the terms of service, and will inform users about this via e-mail.
  4. The user receives the following services from the website of the system. It includes:
    1. Adding and deleting sound recording files to the system;
    2. Automatic conversion of sound recordings on files entered into the system into text;
    3. Match the text processed on the system's website with the sound recording file;
    4. Edit the text processed on the system's website and compare it with the recording;
    5. Downloading, copying, or deleting text processed through the system's website;
    6. Search and remove weak words from the text;
    7. Add speakers to text;
    8. Automatically check and correct grammar errors;
    9. Search text and videos by word.
  5. Service Privacy Policy
    1. "Chimege Systems" prioritizes user privacy and security.
      1. Privacy of personal information. We only collect user personal information in the following cases:

    4. The user shall transfer the payment for the service to the account number 499 291 865 of the Trade and Development Bank of Chimege Systems LLC.
    5. In case of expiration of the service period, the user can renew the service right by paying the appropriate fee through the website.
    6. No additional fees will be charged for any system upgrades during the contract period.
    7. Chimege Systems does not provide refunds related to the processing results of the system's website.
